1 WeServe Global Enterprises reserves the right to change fees, surcharges,
   or Institute new fees at any time upon thirty (30) days prior
   written notice.

2 In the event of non-payment, any breach of this agreement or for
   any other reason within the sole descretion of WeServe Global Enterprises,
   WeServe Global Enterprises shall have the right to immediately,
   without need to notice, terminate client's account.

3 Client specifically agrees not to upload, post or reproduce in any way materials
   protected by copyright without the permisson of the copyright holder.

3.1 Client only uploads legal material, we respect our children an do not accept
     pictures and/or nude photography containing children under 18 years old ! , 
     although it seems that 16 years and older is legal by the Dutch law, our point
     of view is that children or minors (persons below 18 years) should not be used
     for these kind of practices.

4 This agreement is not assignable or transferrable without the
   express written consent of WeServe Global Enterprises

5   WeServe Global Enterprises domain services may only be used for lawful
     purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any Law is prohobited. 
     This includes but is not limited to:
     copyrighted material, material legally judged to be treatening or obscene, 
     or material protected by trade secret. Client specifically agrees to indemnify and
     hold WeServe Global Enterprises harmless from any claims resulting from a
     breach of these terms, and/or their use of the service which damages another.

6  Disclaimer of Warranty; Limitation of Liability.
    YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
    NEITHER WeServe Global Enterprises, ITS AFFILIATES NOR ANY OF THEIR
    RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, THIRD PARTY CONTENT PROVIDERS
    OR LICENSORS WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR
    ERROR FREE; NOR DO THEY MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS
    THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SITE, OR AS TO THE
    ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION, SERVICE OR
    MERCHANDISE PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE.
 
    THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF
    ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
    WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
    FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE WARRANTIES
    WHICH ARE IMPLIED BY AND INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, RESTRICTION OR
    MODIFICATION UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. ADDITIONALLY, THERE ARE NO
    WARRANTIES AS TO THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SITE.

10 The agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties
     hereto. The terms and conditions of this agreement shall be interpreted and
     enforced pursuant to the law.
